1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern your access to zalenai.com and the public pages, content, and features made available through it (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides company and product information only. A Zalen AI product or service may have separate terms, and those product-specific terms will control if they conflict with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you use the Site for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13.

3. Permitted use

You may view, share links to, and make reasonable internal use of the Site’s public content for lawful purposes. You may not:

• break any applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
• interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass the Site’s security;
• introduce malicious code or use the Site to distribute harmful material;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Zalen AI; or
• copy or exploit substantial Site content in a way that violates applicable law.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our users, or third parties.

4. Informational content

Site content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. 5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, branding, design, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Zalen AI LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.

Zalen AI, AEO Mantis, and related names and marks may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without prior written permission.

6. Communications and feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, you give Zalen AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your other content or restrict your right to provide an honest review or lawful evaluation of Zalen AI or its products.

7. Third-party sites and products

The Site may link to third-party websites, services, or resources. Zalen AI does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party’s terms and privacy policy.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Zalen AI disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zalen AI LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the Site during the 12 months before the claim or US$100. These limits apply only to the extent lawful in your jurisdiction.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zalen AI LLC from third-party claims, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site or a material violation of these Terms. This section does not require you to indemnify Zalen AI for its own unlawful conduct.

12. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you and Zalen AI agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

14. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Zalen AI about the Site. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Site or related business.
